Every week over 7000 young people in Beaver Scout Colonies, Cub Scout Packs, Scout Troops, Explorer Units and Scout Networks across Berkshire have a fantastic time in Scouting. Everywhere there is adventure, fun and friendship. These pages provide a glimpse of that exciting activity. Enjoy!

The Vanguard Explorer Unit have just got back from a great week in Yorkshire, during the week they visited Malham Cove (in picture) Hawes and saw how they make the famous cheese and did lots of lovely hikes in the lovely countryside of Yorkshire.

New Scout Exhibition

West Berkshire Museum in Newbury will be hosting an exhibition of Scouting in West Berkshire between 1st February and 5th March.
Admission is free during normal opening hours. Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm.

1st Ufton Nervet Beavers spent their first night back this term on the water

Katakanuing at Wokingham Waterside Centre in the lovely evening sun great fun was had by all even the new Beavers on their first night

1st Ufton Nervet were on their best behaviour this week when they visited Tescos to learn were their food comes from the enjoyed visiting the Fish counter and seeing how to gut a fish best I think!
Massive thank you to Tescos as they were great and would recommend it to other groups (Farm to Fork)
